about
Another live recording of my 1998 band, 'Bir Serdar Ateşer Topluluğu' with some overdubs/edits done afterwards (additional rythm guitar, mandoline and keyboard)
The same year, we played this piece at a festival, called 'Müzik Şenliği 2', in a crowded Hall ...The personnel was same as below, plus ,a second drum set, taken care by Cem Aksel...was nice!
You'll hear some russian words, read from a text which both Sumru and I didn't know anything about the meaning... What we knew was; The music and it's name were referring to politbureau of USSR, to my feelings about failed revolution there and it's subsequences, such as ; the phenomenon of russian, ukrainian etc. women coming to Turkey (especially Black Sea region) after the end of so called socialism , only to get professionally abbused by man and woman of my country. The long final part is dedicated to a future 'comeback' of powerful russian culture, the way it was before...
